Wright-Locke Farm

The Wright-Locke farm is a wedding venue near Boston that dates back to 1638, this beautiful property makes a lovely setting for your day. Its simplicity allows the people to be the focus in each frame. This picturesque, rustic venue lies only 10 miles north of Boston in Winchester, MA and is well worth the short drive!

It is a certified organic farm with educational programs, a place to hold special events for the community, and is open to the public 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Over the years, these fields have grown a variety of crops, herbs, and flowers, but in the recent past, they have been known for their "pick-your-own" raspberry crop and raspberry jam.

Wedding Ceremonies at Wright-Locke Farm

Wedding ceremonies at the Wright-Locke Farm are held on the top of a hill under a large shady Oak Tree. Guests are seated on long wood benches. There are electric outlets so if couples would like to have speakers or if the ceremony musicians need electricity they have it.

Cocktail Hour

After the wedding ceremony the newlyweds and their guests are invited back down the hill, and can enjoy some cold beverages. The bar is set up next to the main house. This is a time that guests can wander around the farm and enjoy everything it has to offer. Since this is a working farm there is a lot for guests to explore such as, chickens, goats, and several different types of wildflowers.

Dinner

The barn at the Wright-Locke Farm is a barn wedding venue filled with long farm tables. The barn can comfortably accommodate 150 wedding guests.
