A Bit About Me

Hey there! My style is grounded in photojournalism, which focuses on capturing natural, candid moments as they unfold. I started documenting weddings in 2004 while studying commercial photography in Santa Barbara, and since then, I've honed my skills to tell an authentic story of a wedding. From getting ready photos to the last dance and all the little moments in between, I am dedicated to telling the story of your day in a unscripted and timeless way.

Boston Engagement Sessions

Besides being a wedding photographer in the Boston area, I also have photographed several engagement sessions for newly engaged couples at the various Boston engagement photo locations and several engagement sessions locations on the North Shore. Couples who decide to hire me as their Boston engagement photographer can look back on the images I create and relive that period of their relationship. There are several ways to use your Boston engagement photos. I often see my clients using their engagement photos on their wedding website, save the dates, and guest books at their Boston weddings.

Wedding Albums

One of my favorite services that I offer is taking the Boston wedding photos I have photographed for my clients and creating wedding albums for the couple and their parents. After all the wedding photos are edited, you can create a wedding album in your private gallery. Most albums will 80 images including family photos. These Boston wedding photos are laid out over a 32-page album, giving each picture even room to stand out on its own. You and partner can change the lay out, making the wedding album unique to them. You can choose from several different cover options, for example, leather or linen. Once you have completed your albums, you can order a duplex parent albums, making an excellent thank you gift.

Second Photographers

Most larger weddings will require two Boston wedding photographers due to the size of the day's wedding and logistics, making a second photographer the most popular add-on to my services. There are several reasons why couples want to have two Boston wedding photographers at their wedding. The photographers I bring to your wedding are professional Boston wedding photographers. Since I only select the best wedding photographers in Boston to be a second photographer, their wedding image quality are the same as mine. The photographer that I chose to be second photograph also specializes in documentary wedding photography. When you are going through your wedding photos, you will not tell which photographer took what photo because the quality is seamless throughout your entire gallery of your Boston wedding photos.

Boston Micro Wedding Photography

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Boston weddings in the short term look different; many couples have chosen to have a wedding still but have opted for a micro wedding. These weddings comprise a smaller guest count, typically around 15-50 people. I'm grateful that I've been able to help so many couples preserve moments from these Boston micro weddings through my photographs. The photos are some of the most meaningful I have taken throughout my career. This is primarily due to many parts of the wedding industry being forced to stay out of the celebrations. Several things that people think are a bigger deal and stress out over have been stripped away. I have seen couples surrounded by what I have believed are the essential elements of the wedding day: loved ones, fantastic food, meaningful conversation, and a wedding ceremony. Those essential elements allow for candid and honest photos for the families to remember the day.

Boston Elopement Photography

Elopement photography in the Boston area is a service I have offered for years and growing in popularity. Elopements in Boston make for extra unique photos. The reason is that everyone there is meaningful to the couple and genuinely engaging with each other. These expressions come across in the images. I have found that couples need no more than 2 hours of photography coverage. Clients can expect to receive about 200 photos from their elopement. Small weddings need a wedding planner too. I recommend reaching out to a Boston wedding planner, and hiring them for hourly for some help.
